IRB Training Sessions
IRB Driving and Crew Training will commence soon.
Prerequisites for IRB Drivers course: you must
- hold a current SLSA IRB Crewperson certificate

hold a South Australian Boat Opperators License. Visit Transport SA for more information on License eligebility. Note next Boat License session is organised for 7th of October 2010.
Prerequisites for IRB Crew course: you must
- hold a current Bronze Medallion
- be 15 years of age

IRB Racing Squad
IRB racing is the fastest most energising sport in the Surf Life Saving movement. Competitions simulated real rescue situations where IRB's would be involved. Competitions events include races involving high-speed paitent pick-ups, mass rescues, teams events and IRB/Tube rescues.
Our current IRB Racing Team is growing in strength year to year with every member of the team picking up a medal in the 2010 State Titles held at Brighton. New creews are always welcome.
With the 2011 Southern States Challenge, The 2011 State Titles as well as the 2011 Australian Titles being held at Glenelg why not get involved. IRB Racing Team training will start soon, if you are interested or want more information contact either:

Boat License Numbers
If you have recently completed your boat license please ensure you forward the SA License Number so as it can be entered on SurfGaurd. There are still a few members who have yet to provided these details.
